The Weil Firm is a law firm specializing in appellate practice. Amy Levin Weil has over 35 years of experience in both trial and appellate practice, both civil and criminal. Ms. Weil's experience includes bench trials, jury trials, motions practice and briefing and arguing appeals, in both state and federal court.

The Weil Firm:

• represents clients before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court
• provides consultation to clients regarding federal court matters
• provides pretrial assistance to trial lawyers appearing in federal district court, including pretrial consultation and drafting pretrial motions, jury instructions, and post-trial motions

• prepares lawyers for oral argument in the federal courts of appeals, including at moot courts
